Ingredients: sodium chondroitin sulfate 220 mg, glucosamine sulfate 250 mg, methylsulfonylmethane (MIM).

Chondroitin sodium sulfate is one of the main elements of cartilage. It reduces the activity of the inflammatory process in the early stages and thus slows down the degeneration of cartilage tissue. Contributes to pain reduction, improves joint function and reduces the need for non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in osteoarthritis of the knee and hip joints.

Glucosamine sulfate has chondroprotective properties, reduces the deficiency of glucosamines in the body, participates in the biosynthesis of proteoglycans and hyaluronic acid. Being tropic to cartilage tissue, glucosamine initiates the process of sulfur fixation during the synthesis of chondroitin sulfuric acid. Glucosamine sulfate selectively acts on articular cartilage, is a specific substrate and stimulator of the synthesis of hyaluronic acid and proteoglycans, suppresses the formation of superoxide radicals and enzymes that cause damage to cartilage tissue.

Chondroitin and glucosamine are effective in osteoarthritis.

Methylsulfonylmethane (common abbreviation MSM) is an organosulfur compound with a pronounced anti-inflammatory effect, which is found in some plants and in small amounts in various food products. Methylsulfonylmethane is quite common, intended for the treatment and strengthening of joints and ligaments. It is usually combined with chondroprotectors: chondroitin sulfate and glucosamine sulfate.

Recommendations for use: degenerative-dystrophic diseases of the joints and spine: primary and secondary osteoarthritis, shoulder-scapular periarthritis, osteochondrosis of the spine, fractures (to accelerate the formation of bone calluses).

Recommended dosage: for adults, take 1-2 tablets twice a day after meals, drinking a sufficient amount of water, for 4-12 weeks. The course can be repeated 2-3 times a year with an interval of 2 months, as well as in case of relapse of the disease.

Contraindications: increased sensitivity to any of the components, pregnancy, breastfeeding.

Precautions for use: Do not exceed the recommended amount for daily consumption. It should not be used as a substitute for a complete diet.
